Dispense a small amount of cream
Place the applicator against the skin

During the first 2 weeks, use once every other day to allow the skin to become accustomed to the EMS stimulation
Once the skin has adapted, it may be used daily
Attach the EMS applicator securely to the tube
Gently squeeze out an appropriate amount of cream
Place the applicator against the skin to activate it
Gently glide from the inner towards the outer eye area
Massage for approximately 2 minutes
Do not apply directly into the eyes
Wipe the applicator clean after use
If persistent discomfort or strong irritation occurs, discontinue use
